Taxes and prices

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include a 25% tax.

Payment

We collaborate with Klarna Bank AB (co. id. no. 556737-0431) and the payment service Klarna Checkout. This gives you the opportunity to pay instantly when you place your order by credit card or by logging on to your bank or by invoice or instalment after your order is delivered. About Klarna Invoice

Together with Klarna Bank AB we offer ‘Klarna Invoice’.

You must be 18 years of age, nationally registered in Sweden and have passed a credit worthiness evaluation to utilize this service. The invoice is then to be payed within 14 days. The invoice will be sent to the email address you have registered at the time of purchase in a separate email, invoice fee of 0 EUR per purchase. Delayed payments will be charged a legally required reminder charge, currently set to 6 EUR and you will also be charge a 24% interest and additional referance interest from the expiration date. If no payment is received the debt will be handed over to collection where a legally required reminder charge, currently set to 18 EUR will be charged. Klarna Bank AB reserves the rights to deny delivery and to reevaluate the credit worthiness of the consumer.

Information on withdrawal

According to the Distance and home sales law, you have the right (not applicable for companies) to notify us on the cancellation of the purchase within 14 days from receiving your order. To be able to cancel your purchase you must return your order in unused condition in its original packaging. When cancelling a purchase, the consumer pays the return shipping.

Information on pledge

When using Klarna Invoice your invoice will be pledged too Klarna Bank AB and thereafter to collection management if no payment is received.

Shipping and delivery

Our Padel Story AB offers shipping by Postnord to a post office. Average time for delivery is 2-4 days from the time of order placement. Only items in stock can be ordered. If you wish to make an order outside of Sweden we can customize the best solution for you if you contact us on sales@ourpadelstory.se regardless if you are an individual or a company.

Terms of withdrawal

By the law (2005:59) which regulates distance agreements and agreements made outside of business premises you have the right (not applicable for companies) to notify us on the cancellation of the purchase within 14 days from receiving your order. To be able to cancel your purchase you must return your order in unused condition in its original packaging. Your refund will be completed within 30 days by terms of law.

Withdrawal of purchase must be made by email, sales@ourpadelstory.se , where your order identification number should be entered. When the order is received by Our Padel Story AB and we have made sure that it is in unharmed condition and unused the refund will be made.

When cancelling a purchase, the consumer pays the return shipping and must be able to validate the return upon demand, therefor you should always ask for a receipt from Postnord.

Non collected shipment

If you as a consumer neglect to pick up your order from Postnords service facility.  Please note that you must pick up your shipment in order to utilize your right to withdraw your order.

Damage in transport

Always check your order to make sure that the delivered merchandise looks correct and undamaged upon arrival. If the package is damaged this should be reported, without delay, to your post office where you collected your order and to sales@ourpadelstory.se within 7 days after collecting it. Write down your order number and reason for return in your email.

Terms of Privacy

In May 25th, 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation was introduced in the European Union. Upon that notion Our Padel Story wishes to inform companies and individuals that we only save personal information to fulfill the requirements of “client agreements” on orders and to meet the legal premises of Swedish accounting law for limited companies. This means that personal information is not stored any longer than necessary.
